Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions or this Disclaimer or elsewhere on the Website, any delivery times provided by Monks Hemp are estimates. Under any circumstances, Monks Hemp does not guarantee time of delivery.

Note: This disclaimer forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and other policies etc., available on the Website of Monks Hemp and shall be read in conjunction.

Note: All deliveries shall be made by Monks Hemp in accordance with the applicable law.

Subject to Clause 1.2 below, Monks Hemp CANNOT commit any fixed/specific time for delivery as mentioned in Special Instructions or otherwise. Deliveries will be made between 9 am to 7 pm on the given date.

The delivery shall be made at the address provided on the orders received by Monks Hemp and will NOT be redirected/redelivered to any other address in any circumstance. The above product will be delivered only in the cities/locations mentioned in the List of Serviceable Cities.

The delivery of the products/items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address provided in the order received by Monks Hemp. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever, the customer shall still be charged for the order, and no redelivery or refund will be made by Monks Hemp.

The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events:

Delivery not done due to wrong/incomplete address.

Recipient not available.

Premises locked.

Wrong/incorrect phone or mobile or extension number/not working/no reply or not connecting/not reachable.

Recipient refused the products.

Delivered the product at the Gate/Reception/Neighborhood.

Monks Hemp will not entertain any complaint for products after 24 hours from the time of delivery. No Deliveries will be made on National Holidays. The delivery of the same would be done on the next working Day.

The image displayed is indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape or design as per the availability.

Monks Hemp reserves the right to substitute the product (including specified color) / other products with equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired product.

In case of floods/Heavy Rains/natural calamity/National Bandh/election dates/curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order, Monks Hemp reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. No instructions will be entertained for any request to change the date of delivery. Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available on the website, and the same can be collected from the delivering outlet same day in the same city, details of which are available with our customer support numbers. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

For branded commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for the quality of the product.

Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible/delayed under certain uncontrollable circumstances such as the product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, a similar product nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be sought from the customer for the same through email. However, if there is no response from the customer within 4 (four) hours, it shall be assumed that he/she has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.

For International Deliveries:

We are happy to help you send products internationally at such locations provided in Annexure A below. Please write to info@monkshemp.in for assistance. Please provide clear addresses, city, state, zip code, and other details. In the event the gift has to be redelivered due to the customer's mistake, standard redelivery costs will be levied. Providing the phone number of the recipient may help us talk to the customer if delivery has to be arranged. Due to time zone differences, please allow 48-72 hours for us to get back to you with order status.

Deliveries of the orders will not be made by Monks Hemp directly but through third parties.

Orders should be placed 15 (fifteen) days prior to the delivery date. Timely deliveries are not committed. Subject to the other terms of the Shipping Disclaimer, the deliveries would be done between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No deliveries shall be made on Saturdays and Sundays.

For Countries in UAE and other Islamic countries, no deliveries shall be made on Friday.

Delivery status will be available after 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery.

ZIP Code and phone number of the recipient is a must.

Order once placed cannot be canceled.

Monks Hemp will attempt delivery only ONCE, and in case the house/delivery location is locked or the recipient refuses to take the delivery, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made.
